Summary of the Project

The project entitled “Internally Displaced People Rehabilitation Project Guradamole Phase III“is a duration 2 years project from June 2023 to May 2025.  The project components including peaceful co-existence, access to clean water, livelihood, GBV, and Persons with specific needs are under implementation by PAPDA.

The objective of this project is to facilitate peaceful coexistence, enhance livelihoods, combat gender-based violence (GBV), and improve access to water for both IDPs and their host communities. The project aims to indirectly benefit over 28,000 individuals, with more than 14,000 women among them, aiming to bring about positive change in these communities. Additionally, the project seeks to provide knowledge and skills to the district administration leaders and local government office staff, enabling them to build and maintain peaceful coexistence among neighboring communities alongside community members.
