PAPDA’s development projects are designed to deliver a specific outcome aiming to improve the economic and social conditions of vulnerable groups of people specifically targeting pastoral communities in Ethiopia. PAPDA has been working in development projects in Somali and Oromia Regions to enhance people’s lives through skills transfer by providing technical training on mat production, HINA painting, tailoring, metal work/welding, wood work/carpentry, masonry and other livelihood programs such crop production, vegetables and fruits production, bee keeping, fishing, generating income by providing grinding mill, etc… Moreover, PAPDA has been implementing development projects and work to strengthen the capabilities of host community and promote community self-reliance through sustainable development strategies. PAPDA has been working as a development organization on WASH, Livelihood, Protection and Agriculture and environment and other Development projects since 2006.
